The Free COVID-19 Communications are limited to 3 campaigns per company, to databases of 10,000 or fewer subscribers in total.
Loading of free credits will be subject to confirmation of your campaign’s content and database size by the TouchBasePro Support Team.
All communications around your free campaign/s must be handled through the Support@TouchBasePro.com email address – you will receive a unique reference number.
Any databases loaded to TouchBasePro and campaigns created in TouchBasePro must still adhere to our Standard Terms and Conditions and Anti-SPAM Policies
