Recap by following these easy 5 steps:

  1. Login to your TouchBasePro account and click on send an email campaign.
  2. Click on the green button, create a new journey.
  3. Select create a new journey under build your journey
  4. We’re creating a welcome journey, so name your journey accordingly and select subscriber joins the list as your trigger.
  5. Select the list that your journey will apply to, this list needs to have a sign up form associated with it and click build your journey.
  6. Click on the plus sign to add your first step to your journey. Add email as your first step.
  7. Define your email by naming your step, adding a subject line and from name. Then click add email content, this will take you to the template builder and allow you to create a campaign as per normal.
  8. Click save to make sure you save your first step.
  9. You can continue to add steps by clicking on the plus sign in the journey builder.
  10. When you’re happy with your journey, click turn journey on and let it run.
