December is upon us and its time to start preparing for your December shut down. Don’t leave your customers wondering if you’re open or how they can contact you. Take a look at our December shut down checklist to make sure you’ve covered all your bases.
- Season’s Greetings – send an email to your customers wishing them well for the festive season and inform them on your shut down procedures. Important info to include: closing & opening dates, contact information and any information relating to business processes.
- Keep in touch – create a December content schedule. Just because you’re not in the office doesn’t mean you need to lose touch with your customers. Create your email & SMS campaigns ahead of time and schedule them to be sent on a specific date.
- Check your balance – make sure you’ve got enough SMS and email credits to avoid any last-minute scrambling. You will still be able to make purchases on our system even when our offices are closed, but it’s always better to be prepared.
Our offices are closing on 20 December 2019, and we will be reopening on 6 January 2020, where we’ll be refreshed and ready to tackle the new decade!
