We’ve invited Michael over for a cup of coffee at our offices in Hyde Park and got to know him a bit better.

What motivates you to continue your Hustle?
Building my online legacy, my brand will live on for as long as the internet keeps going.
What is the most difficult part of your hustle?
Constantly bringing in new clients.
If you could go back in time, what advice would you give to yourself when you first started hustling?
Nothing. Without all of my failures, I won’t be where and who I am today.
What can’t you live without?
Not being heard, in a creative sense. I need people to see the work I and my teams produce.
In your opinion what is the most important part of your company?
Letting clients know that we are trustworthy, talented and compete on a global scale.
In one word describe your work personality?
Stubborn.
What are some of the struggles you have faced over the years?
Continuing when there is no work. When there is no light at the end of the tunnel, you have to just keep walking.
What successes have you achieved over the years?
Wow this is a tough one to answer. There are many things that I would love to list here but I am sure your readers don’t feel like being here all day. So I will just list a few of the highlights. I worked on my first local feature film at the age of 18, received my first Loerie Award at 19 and achieved my BA in Creative Brand Communication at 20. In May my company has been going for 11 years. I have over 70 brands on my CV. I have representation in LA, I’ve added over 41 Artists, 10 Record Labels, 17 Music Videos, 18 Lyric Videos, 10 Visualizers, 30 Film Festivals where 8 Festivals selected our works as “Semi-Finalist” & 21 Festivals selected our works as “Finalist”. But one of my proudest achievements (and anyone that knows me knows about this) is our production for Marshmello and Anne-Marie that now has over half a Billion Youtube views.
