We’ve invited Tsholo over for a cup of coffee at our offices in Hyde Park and got to know him a bit better.
Here are some of the highlights from our coffee with Tsholo:
Firstly tell us more about.
What motivates you to continue your Hustle?
Our business offering involves empowering underprivileged communities in strategic sectors, primarily agricultural, legal, educational and mining. These are key sectors that contribute to the country’s GDP and holistically ensure that all communities participate in the economy of the republic. Us helping these communities ensures we continue winning daily.
What is the most difficult part of your hustle?
Measuring the amount of risk, the business is exposed to. This is based predominantly on our growth pattern, but measuring risk is extremely important for all small businesses.
If you could go back in time, what advice would you give to yourself when you first started hustling?
Less human capital, more investment in tech and instruments that grow the business.
What can’t you live without?
(Besides my phone and MacBook) My family as it’s the only thing that matters. It’s who I hustle for.
In your opinion what is the most important part of your company?
Service and delivering on the promise. Our main promise to our clients as a business is punctuality.
In one word describe your work personality?
Playful.
What are some of the struggles you have faced over the years?
When the business came to its knees, I had to keep looking at where we were and where we are going as trying to get there was the most challenging part of it all. Its almost easy to go to a place that you aren’t familiar during business growth but it’s harder to get back there when business is struggling. In the end, it’s not what happens to you, it’s how you emerge from that place that determines your character.
What successes have you achieved over the years?
In 2015 I was listed top 100 young entrepreneurs in the country as well as currently hosting Africa’s biggest African farmers expo.
