What motivates you to continue your Hustle?
Disruption in the industry. Although there are a lot of suppliers who have monopolized the game I still believe there is a gap in the market.
What is the most difficult part of your hustle?
Customer education. Getting customers to understand that refurbished products are not unreliable or low-quality products but can actually be the best solution.
If you could go back in time, what advice would you give to yourself when you first started hustling?
Be patient.
What can’t you live without?
My PC and internet.
In your opinion what is the most important part of your company?
Vivienne – she is definitely one of the key players in our business.
In one word describe your work personality?
OCD
What are some of the struggles you have faced over the years?
Staying ahead of the new players, the digital game and making sure we are on par or better than the other players.
What successes have you achieved over the years?
Having substantial growth in my company.
Learning how to maintain a work and family life balance.
